Why do I need to run this patch?
EMIS have modified the way LabelTrace® needs to communicate with the LV system. If this patch is not run, LabelTrace® will not be able to get data from LV when the old mechanism is disabled. In addition, EMIS wish LabelTrace® to provide a warning on launching of more than one instance of LV is running. Also, support has been added for Custom Registration Fields so as to be able to use e.g. mobile phone number.
Do I need to run this on every PC?
No - only on any ONE LabelTrace® workstation. (but see below!).
Will I see any difference?
No - you will not see any visible difference in operation after this patch has been carried out EXCEPT that a warning will now be displayed if you have more than one instance of LV running when you launch LabelTrace®.

It is possible on some sites with interim upgrades of LabelTrace® that a library file patch may be required. If after running the patches above you still have a problem, click on this link "Patch for Script Library to V1.29"
What if I still have a problem?
Contact your normal LabelTrace® support provider immediately - NOT EMIS.
